Support Group Schedule
Jacksonville Weight Loss Center support groups are a great way to ensure the success of our patients. They offer the opportunity to meet fellow patients and to share your feelings, successes and get helpful tips. We invite prospective and current patients to come and join our support group held every first and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at our facility located at 8787 Perimeter Park Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32216. Our support group meetings are facilitated by one of our health care professionals; including our mental health counselor, dietitian or weight loss specialist. Some of our recent topics have included: emotional eating, carbohydrates & nutrition, ways to keep you active, and holiday eating.
